Into the new year with Edelweiss
· The 14th Airbus A320 will enter service in spring 2024
· Finest pralines from Confiserie Beschle and other new products
· Exclusive experiences with Edelweiss
Edelweiss is adding an additional Airbus A320 to its fleet for 2024. From spring, it will primarily be used to further improve Edelweiss' offering and to secure existing capacities in the summer peak. With this additional aircraft, Edelweiss will operate a fleet of 19 aircraft from Zurich this year (14 Airbus A320s and 5 Airbus A340s).
Finest chocolates in Business Class and other new products
Guests in Business Class can look forward to the finest pralines from Confiserie Beschle in Basel. Beschle has created the pralines exclusively for Edelweiss. Another special feature is the elegant packaging, which is not disposed of after use but can be reused. In this way, Edelweiss is emphasising its ecologically responsible actions with a sustainable approach to the inflight product. This approach supports the existing endeavours to avoid waste.
In addition to the exclusive pralines, Edelweiss also offers its guests in Business Class the rosé champagne from the Gruet vineyard as a welcome drink. This champagne has been very popular since it was added to the range. No less popular with guests in all classes are the new Swiss soft drinks such as Pepita, Sinalco, Elmer Citro and Rivella. These will also be served in rotation in 2024.

At Edelweiss, we continue to offer a full culinary service in all classes, which is of course included in the flight price. And as we look ahead to the new year, I am already looking forward to a revised film offer on short-haul flights, where we can now also offer our guests blockbuster movies. Naturally also free of charge."
