Edelweiss offers direct entry as a cabin crew member in a part-time model

·  Entry is possible from April 2024

·  Workload between 90% and 40%

·  Flight experience as a cabin crew member of at least 2 years

Working part-time is a trend and is also a need for cabin crew members. Edelweiss is therefore now offering the opportunity for direct entry as a Cabin Crew Member on a part-time contract. A workload of between 90% and 40% is possible. The prerequisite is at least two years of flying experience as a cabin crew member. After the first two months in a full-time position (initial course and introductory flights), you will be reduced to the desired day model. Free places on the basic courses are available from April 2024. Assignments are possible on both short and long-haul routes. Edelweiss is thus offering a novelty in the Swiss airline industry.

With this offer, Edelweiss is responding to the changing conditions on the labour market. Edelweiss is convinced that it is addressing an important potential on the labour market and is already looking forward to receiving applications from experienced and motivated colleagues.
