Pilots Accept New Collective Labour Agreement
The members of the Aeropers pilot union have accepted the new Collective Labour Agreement. The vote was held today, with 94.5% of union members voting in favour of the new CLA.
The Edelweiss Executive Board sees this clear vote in favour of the new Collective Labour Agreement as a solid foundation for a continued successful collaboration. The new CLA means that a sustainable contractual basis has been created for the Edelweiss pilot corps.
The new CLA will come into force on 1st January 2019 and is valid for five years.
