The following services are always included in the fare for Edelweiss Economy Class on short and medium-haul flights:
- Ergonomic seat: with individually adjustable headrests (on selected aircraft)
- Food & Drinks: depending on the flight time, we serve you a snack, a cold or a hot menu, non-alcoholic drinks are included (alcoholic drinks at an extra charge)
- Entertainment on your mobile device: free movies, TV series and music thanks to our Wireless Entertainment System
- Holiday e-reading: Download your Edelweiss holiday e-reading before your flight
- Baggage allowance per person: 1 x 23 kg as checked baggage and 1 x 8 kg hand baggage
- Free sports equipment: The first sports equipment up to 23kg flies for free (does not apply for codeshare flights or flight itineraries combined with other airlines such as SWISS and Lufthansa)
The following services are always included in the Edelweiss Business Class fare on short and medium-haul flights:

- Food & beverages: Seasonal menu creations and non-alcoholic drinks (alcoholic drinks at an extra charge)
- Entertainment on your personal 9" HD touchscreen: A wide selection of regularly changing movies, TV series, documentaries and music
- Holiday e-reading: Download your Edelweiss holiday e-reading before your flight
- Baggage allowance per person: 1 x 23 kg as checked baggage and 1 x 8 kg hand baggage
