Passengers with impaired hearing or vision
If required, we will provide an escort for you at the airport. Guide dogs may travel in the cabin free of charge. Please inform us if you will be travelling with an assistance dog when you make your booking. Please see the following link for further information on taking assistance dogs in the cabin.
Important information: Many countries have strict vaccination regulations. Missing papers or confirmations may result in the dog not being allowed to enter the country of destination.
