Edelweiss offers direct entry as Senior Cabin Crew Member on a part-time basis for the first time
- Attractive and progressive working model with a workload of between 60% and 90%
- Flight experience of at least 2 years, including 1 year in the role of Senior Cabin Crew Member/Chief de Cabine/Maître de Cabine
- The first courses start in March and May 2025
From March 2025, Edelweiss offers for the first time the possibility of direct entry as a Senior Cabin Crew Member on a part-time contract. In this attractive working model, a workload of between 60% and 90% is possible.
The requirement for direct entry as a Senior Cabin Crew Member is at least two years' flying experience, of which at least one year must have been as a Senior Cabin Crew Member. After the first two months in a 100% workload, a reduction to the desired day model will take place. Free places on the basic training courses will be available in March 2025. The training starts with the basic course and subsequent introductory flights as a Cabin Crew Member on the route. From the fourth month of employment, training will take place as a Senior Cabin Crew Member, first on short-haul routes and then on long-haul routes.
